Special School Nurse

This role provides expertise across nine schools in Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight, delivering hands‑on care, medicines management, training school staff and leading clinical decisions.
Main duties of the job
- Meet the needs of patients and families to achieve improved health outcomes, promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
- Develop and maintain a culture of service improvement, promoting quality and safety.
- Practice in accordance with the NMC code, prioritising people, practising effectively, preserving safety and promoting professionalism and trust.
