Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve 3-way match exceptions for high‑maintenance vendors identified by the Manager of Merch AP; work directly with vendors or CTC departments to resolve systemic issues and improve the 3‑way match success rate.
- Provide project support as a subject‑matter expert for Merch AP, including accurate current state process details and meaningful input for future state proposals.
- Complete general ad‑hoc reporting requests from the Manager of Merch AP or external departments, as approved by the Manager.
- Identify needs for new queries within the department and develop private queries to be promoted to production as needed.
- Complete or update standardized process documentation for all Merch AP operations functions under CTR, MARKS, and FGL.
- Provide training to payment representatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power ...
