Job Description
**What you’ll do*** Resolve 3-way match exceptions for “high maintenance” vendors as identified by the Manager of Merch AP. Work directly with the vendor or CTC departments to resolve systemic issues and improve the 3-way match success rate.* Provide project support as a Subject Matter Expert for Merch AP including accurate current state process details and meaningful input for future state proposals.* Complete general ad-hoc reporting requests from the Manager of Merch AP. Complete any ad-hoc or regular reporting requests from external department as approved by the Manager, Merch AP.* Identify needs for new queries within the department and develop private queries to be promoted to production as needed.* Complete/update standardized process documentation for all Merch AP Ops functions under CTR, MARKS, and FGL* Provide training to payment representatives as needed.**What you bring**We’re always looking for great talent!
