What is ‘Specialist — Analytics & Traffic Operations’?
Specialist — Analytics & Traffic Operations will support ZARR’s data intelligence function across marketing, marketplace performance, traffic operations, and partnerships. The role focuses on building scalable reporting frameworks, automating performance dashboards, and generating actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization. You will act as the central analytics partner for Growth, Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and Product teams—ensuring that performance insights are translated into clear opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, GMV, and operational efficiency.
