Key Responsibilities
Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
Prepare new offers to Customer and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
Keep consignment records according policy.
Minimum requirements
Experience: 1 year in tender processes and price quotation in Portugal market.
Portuguese C2 or Native - Mandatory.
English is a plus.
Minimum high school.
Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel.
Sap Demand is a plus.
