Job Description
**Job title –** **Specialist, Commercial Excellence (Animal Nutrition)**
**Location – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam**
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
**1. CRM Management**
+ Act as the local CRM champion, ensuring proper adoption and consistent usage across the sales team
+ Train, guide, and support sales team members on CRM tools, processes, and best practices
+ Monitor data quality, pipeline accuracy, and activity tracking within the CRM system
+ Develop and circulate monthly CRM performance reports, highlighting pipeline status, sales activities, and key trends for management review
**2. Commercial Support**
+ Work with Commercial team and facilitate the premix quotation process (quarterly and adhoc) for the business unit
+ Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, linking:
+ Actual sales performance
+ Sales forecast
+ Individual sales budgets and targets
+ Provide analysis on gaps vs. forecast and budget, s...
