As a Specialist, Customer Activation, reporting to the Manager of Customer Activation, you plan, brief, and execute direct‑to‑customer activations and direct messaging campaigns for one brand, including email and SMS marketing, optimizing for deliverability, engagement, and conversion. You’ll support testing and personalization initiatives and collaborate with brand marketing, e‑commerce, analytics, and retail operations teams.
