Overview
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian looking for a new role that will challenge and develop you? The Adferiad team includes Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, General Practitioners and support staff. The service supports people presenting with Long Covid, ME/CFS, other post viral conditions, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and other similar conditions. The team work closely with the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service and there is an opportunity for a respiratory caseload.
The post holder will be required to travel/undertake clinical work across the Swansea Bay UHB area to support service delivery working directly and indirectly with patients and families in outpatient clinics, community groups and in their own homes when necessary and staff members...
