Job Description
Will work 2 days town square, 1 day Palm, 1 day JP and 1 day marina
- Proven experience in complex root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic microsurgery
- Strong experience in instrument retrieval/removal cases
- Must be proficient in working under an operating microscope
- Comfortable managing both cash and insurance patients in a hybrid practice setting
- Confident clinician with excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to explain complex treatment plans and improve case acceptance
- Active and professional social media presence with willingness to participate in clinic marketing initiatives
- Team player with a patient-centric approach and strong clinical ethics
