Molex is looking for a detail‑oriented Engineering Operations / Administrative Specialist to support engineering system operations, master data management, and cross‑functional coordination. This role serves as a key link between Engineering, Production, Finance, and Quality, ensuring accurate system data, cost control, and smooth execution from sample stage through NPI.

Our Team

  • Engineering system and master data maintenance
  • Engineering Change Notice (ECN) coordination
  • Cost tracking for molds, fixtures, and materials
