Overview
The Finance & Administration Specialist will be responsible to prepare and compile payroll data for submission to the General Office Payroll Department for employees to receive payment.This position will by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly SAP-related transactions, reporting with and training.
Primary Responsibilities
Audit and review commissions, bonuses, time records, and other relevant payroll documents to ensure integrity and accuracyCompile and review payroll data such as hours worked, commissions, bonuses, vacations, and sick pay from the time clock and other records; address discrepancies and update data as neededSupport efficient and effective processes associated with administration and customer service in a plant environmentSupport the Finance team with efficient and effective associated SAP-related transaction processing in the functional areas of finance, administration, and cu...
