Job Description

Educational and Technical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science or equivalent
  • Certificate in Shipping Operations & Management
  • Certifications such as STCW II 2 certificate of competency
Language Skills
  • Excellent English
  • Proficiency in other languages relevant to the Cluster footprint is an advantage
Years of Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of ocean‑going experience with at least 2 years as a first officer including navigation experience
Nature of Experience
  • Extensive experience in maritime sector with focus on fleet efficiency performance & asset monitoring
  • Experience with real‑time monitoring and data integration from AIS, radar, IoT sensors
  • Skilled in data analysis to drive performance and compliance improvements
