OverviewA leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Specialist General Surgeon to support its expanding surgical services. The successful candidate will work within a modern surgical department managing elective and emergency surgical procedures across a broad range of general surgical conditions.
Clinical Responsibilities- Perform laparoscopic surgical procedures
- Emergency surgical interventions
- Hernia and gallbladder surgery
- Minor and intermediate general surgery procedures
- Participate in surgical ward rounds
- Emergency on‑call coverage
- Multidisciplinary perioperative planning
- Support outpatient surgical consultations and follow-up care
- Specialist qualification in General Surgery
- Laparoscopic surgical experience preferred
- DOH eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical and operative skills required
