Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Payroll & HR Operations and according to Cluster and Group guidelines, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely monthly payroll process, respecting internal procedures, deadlines and budget.
This role will act as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll, taxes, compensation & benefits and employment cost topics. The position will support both Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market and local legislation.
What Will You Do
Payroll
- Gather and validate information related to employee working hours, absences, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
- Ensure accurate payroll input and collaborate closely with the external payroll provider to guarantee correct salary calculations.
- Execute and monitor payroll approval workflows.
- Prepare and process salary payments through the corresponding electronic systems.
