experiences around the globe. With 1M hourly associates hired annually and growing to more than 1m in the next 24 months it is a key operational mechanism to ensure we deliver for our customer experiences globally.
WFS Global Candidate Communications Team is a dynamic and diverse team with members located in North America. This position works within the global candidate communications team that provides all candidate communications to candidates from application creation to arriving at day 1. This role will focus on the quantitative and qualitative performance of all communication channels across multiple countries and languages. Success will require the ability to learn multiple integrated systems to help evaluate communications performance and systematically identify any defects quickly to minimize negative impact.
