Job Description
- Lead and support the organisation’s Learning & Development initiatives in alignment with internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee and maintain SOPs related to training and development, including revisions, updates, and compliance checks where required.
- Support audit requirements by ensuring training documentation, records, and processes are accurate and well maintained.
- Administer training activities within SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, ensuring learning records, course assignments, and employee development data are updated accurately.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track both internal and external training sessions for employees.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employee training programmes, and support continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
- Maintain proper records of training attendance, completion, certifications, and related documentation.
