Job Description
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve NFV infrastructure issues, ensuring proper security controls are in place.
- Maintain regular backups of the system.
- Provide on‑call duty as required.
- Develop metrics for NFV infrastructure; establish dashboards for monitoring them and key performance indicators.
- Provision and de‑provision services and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering team on capacity expansion and change requests.
Qualifications
- Recognized university degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in OpenStack administration and NFV infrastructure.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and scripting languages such as Bash, Python and PowerShell.
