Collect, validate, and align requirements for components in new product line and motor projects; ensure agreement of T-requirements with the Development Department and the process integrator for all assigned processes and systems.Plan, optimize, and continuously improve commissioning and testing equipment and basic systems within the scope of responsibility; drive ongoing development of related plants, processes, and equipment.Lead the Production Capability assessment (Cpk) and manage the handover to production (HN); ensure timely delivery of Cpk results and readiness for production ramp-up.Guarantee on-time implementation and maintenance of process descriptions in the construction planning system (ZMD), including documentation for commissioning and testing equipment; oversee equipment availability and defect elimination within the process.Develop, specify, plan, implement, and document plant engi...
