Role Purpose
Leverage exceptional business knowledge & contextual understanding together with deep learning experience (all learning types e.g. digital, blended, augmented, f2f), learning technologies, learning platform and instructional design expertise to provide consulting, advisory & support for the design and implementation of commercially relevant learning architecture and thereafter take accountability for translating learning architecture into competitive, well designed, human centered learning experiences (end to end) that deliver tangible business impact.
Accountabilities: Learning Architecture & Experience Design Provide strategic learning experience design (augmented, social, blended etc.) consulting to the business and learning community for and across learning portfolios; effectively translating business strategy into learning implications for and across portfolios (and levels of the organisation).
