Job Description- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of agreements, such as NDAs, vendor, lease, marketing, recruitment, loan, employment, IP licensing contracts, and data protection agreements
- Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance with the company’s business objectives
- Update contract templates as necessary
- Develop and implement procedures for contract retention, management and administration; including the use of Onit
