Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to customer and stakeholders on inventory matters
- Analysis of stock usage, slow moving/ obsolete/ damaged items and goods movement
- Conduct Goods Movement and usage study for new and current projects, including Item Master set up, SKU mapping etc.
- Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points. Must always maintain readily stocks at Distribution Center
- Monitor inventory daily, conduct cycle counts, ensure stock accuracy and perform stock reconciliation for variances between physical and system
- Ensure that supplies are received accurately, stored and classified properly
- Ensure files and transactions are endorsed, documented and archived accurately
- Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks
