The Specialist Logistics Support is a role with knowledge and expertise to handle and record end-to-end processes in the Logistics Support domain. The prime responsibilities include creation and approval of EIF/FI, processing duties in BPM/LCM, inland/international invoice verification, claim management, and reporting of Procurement Operations (Item, Vendor, PR/PO & logistics), ensuring compliance with the SCM Manual. The role reports to the Manager Master Data Management with an extended team of 2 members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the master sheet of daily processed duties along with end-to-end related logistics activities.
- Enter custom duties in the BPM/LCM portal with accuracy and tracking of approvals.
- Create and approve EIF/FI from different banks in coordination with Treasury.
