Responsibilities
- Share responsibility of the Consultant Physician for delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
- Serve as a clinical excellence model within the Division and contribute to supervising and training junior medical staff.
- Support and adhere to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the organization’s performance‑management system, including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes.
- Assist Consultant staff in ensuring adequate medical coverage within the Division at all times.
- Attend Divisional meetings as invited.
- Support reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.
- Assume administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.
