Main Purpose of Job
The Specialist Physiotherapist / Pelvic Health Specialist provides specialized physiotherapy services for patients with pelvic health conditions (both male and female). The role involves conducting advanced assessments , developing individualized treatment plans , and managing complex pelvic health cases . Autonomous clinical practice is required while ensuring effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver holistic patient care.
Responsibilities include service development, education, and research , contributing to the advancement of pelvic health services. Supervision and mentoring of junior staff are integral to the role, ensuring that clinical practice adheres to evidence-based guidelines and professional standards.
