The Specialist – PLM & Alfresco AMS will be responsible for providing application support, incident and problem resolution, workflow management, and continuous improvement for Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems. This role ensures stable operations, SLA adherence, and seamless coordination with business, platform, and development teams, with a strong focus on production support and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users for PLM-related operational issues
- Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM in production and non-production environments
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLA/TAT
- Communicate clearly regarding incident status, risks, and resolution timelines
