HALCON, a leader in advanced defense technology and precision manufacturing, is seeking a skilled PLM Specialist to join our engineering and product development team. This role plays a key part in supporting product lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling seamless collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain PLM data, including BOMs, change requests, workflows, and document control
- Support engineering teams in creating, reviewing, and releasing product structures and technical documentation
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems
