The Project Specialist, Project Management provides dedicated administrative, financial, and analytical support for capital expenditure (CAPEX) construction and facilities projects for the Toronto Blue Jays. This role supports the end-to-end capital project lifecycle—from budgeting and procurement through execution and close‑out—ensuring accurate cost control, strong documentation management, and well‑supported capital planning and decision‑making. The position is structured to be approximately 80–90% focused on CAPEX administration and project controls and 10–20% focused on business case development and capital lifecycle planning support.
