Own regional execution and GTM delivery. Responsible for making national strategy work on the ground through strong execution, clean funnel management, accurate reporting, and actionable local insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Regional Funnel Execution
- Plan & execute against the national funnel framework within the assigned region
- Manage daily funnel performance from lead to activation
- Identify and fix regional conversion issues, data gaps, and backend problems
- Regional GTM Execution
- Plan & execute national GTM programs adapted to local market realities
- Ensure sales readiness through training, briefings, and GTM materials
- Track adoption, hit rates, and execution quality
