We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Reward Specialist to support our global remuneration and benefits function within Contract Mining. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our reward offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends, enabling us to attract and retain top talent across our diverse workforce.
