Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Specialist, Safety & Compliance to support our Kim-Tam Logistics transportation operations across multiple sites in Ontario. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting our fleet and drivers across Canada and the United States. This position will report into the Manager, Operations, Health & Safety. 

RESPONSIBILITIES


Safety Programs & Driver Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate annual safety meetings for all truck drivers across multiple sites in Ontario
  • Organize and execute Monthly Safety Talks for all drivers on fleet
  • Create report cards for Safety Town Halls each month
  • Critical events monitoring (i.e. dashcam)
  • Manage drug and alcohol program
  • Onboarding new drivers by completing safety & compliance orientation
