Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex processing tasks and operate multiple client systems with minimal supervision.
- Analyze operational issues, propose solutions, and support procedure development and implementation.
- Communicate with clients via email or conference calls, identify needs, and assist with client management.
- Conduct audits, resolve issues promptly, and help ensure compliance.
- Plan, manage, and deliver training, coach junior trainers.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and support new client or task onboarding.
