A leading organisation is recruiting for a Specialist (Safety and Health) to take ownership of Health & Safety systems, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving ISO Health & Safety management systems while ensuring compliance with legislative and operational requirements. This role will be responsible for leading risk assessments, conducting internal IMS audits, facilitating incident investigations, analysing H&S trends, and driving corrective action management. The position will also support operational teams through coaching, training, and the implementation of effective SHE improvement strategies. Requirements:
