As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive daily recruitment operations to attract, select, and secure top talent. Working under general direction, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance. By staying ahead of industry trends and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, you will play a key role in helping us compete like a challenger and win in the global talent arena.
Responsibilities- ATS-Driven End-to-End Recruitment. Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the full candidate lifecycle, from posting jobs and tracking applications to coordinating interviews and transitioning selected candidates to onboarding.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building. Identify and engage high-caliber, diverse talent by combining professional networks and social media to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
