The role partners closely with business stakeholders to drive workforce planning, develop structured job descriptions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. It actively supports internal talent mobility and contributes to strengthening employer branding and cultivating strategic academia partnerships. Additionally, the role supports organizational effectiveness by maintaining accurate structures and ensuring clarity in roles and reporting lines.
Qualification
