Your area of work:
As part of our Group Tax team, you will play a key role in shaping the tax structure of our international group. With your focus on Transfer Pricing, you will advise the business, support complex projects and actively contribute to the further development of our transfer pricing framework.
Your responsibilities:
Management and further development of the group-wide transfer pricing system Preparation, maintenance and review of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) in accordance with national and international regulations (OECD Guidelines) Analysis, structuring and optimization of intercompany transactions Point of contact and independent advisor to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters, including restructurings, new business models and M&A transactions Design and optimization of internal processes, tools and policies in the area of transfer pricing A...
