Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for assisting in coordinating the TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) Grant Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education. Ensures the success of the student body by fostering cooperative relationships and identifying issues and concerns relevant to student success. Works closely with student success coaches and the academic success centers to ensure an appropriate tutor is assigned to a participant. Assists participants navigate the various academic and student support tools that are available to students. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring tutoring services, as well as collecting and entering data into the Student Support Services (SSS) database for the Annual Performance Report and other evaluation reports.
