Position Summary:
As the Senior Recruiter will work with the company's hiring managers on an ongoing basis to proactively identify future hiring needs. You will search for candidates via various sources, such as job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, cold‑calling, etc. and successfully guide the ones that best fit the company's needs through the recruitment process.
