The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 Disease Management Team supports Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 Disease Management reports to a Supervisor. The position primarily supports inbound member and provider calls.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ You will be in contact with physicians for prescriptions clarification and may enter prescription orders into the system.
+ You will support Pharmacists and Patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational processes developed benefiting healthy outcomes.
