- Specifier Relationship Management – Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with electrical and mechanical designers, consultants, and specifiers, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Design Influence & Product Specification – Ensure the inclusion of company brands and products in technical specifications, design standards, and typical details of projects through early design-stage engagement.
- Technical Consultation & Product Guidance – Provide technical advice and design support to specifiers to ensure correct, compliant, and optimized product selection aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
- Specification Approval & Brand Protection – Secure and monitor specified or approved status of company products in project documents and actively protect specified projects from substitution risks.
