Responsibilities
- Customer support: handling national and international customer inquiries in the assigned area.
- Order processing: accepting, reviewing, initial recording of incoming orders and performing customs clearance procedures.
- Data maintenance: recording, updating and maintaining customer data in the internal TMS.
