Job Title: Speech and Language Therapy Assistant
Location: Sussex
Salary: Up to £35,000 FTE per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri
Contract: Permanent – 52 weeks or 50 week Summer Contract
About the role
As a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing interventions under the guidance of a registered Speech and Language Therapist. You will also provide feedback on client progress, attend meetings, and advocate for clients and their families alongside the treating therapist. Your role will also involve supporting the indirect actions of Speech and Language Therapists such as creating programmes and assisting with scheduling, development of resources and assistance in service improvement projects.
