Position Overview
Speech Language Pathologist (Casual, Part Time or Full Time) working independently with adult clients in home settings in the Grey Bruce area, near Owen Sound.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessments in home settings based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.
- See individuals with a wide range of concerns including stroke recovery, neurological problems affecting speaking, breathing, swallowing, and design care plans using evidence‑based information and clinical expertise.
- Partner with clients’ family members, caregivers, and other health‑care professionals regarding care goals and service plans.
- Assist virtual appointments with a designated Rehab Assistant when required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized post‑secondary program in Speech‑Language Pathology.
