Position Summary
SE Health Speech Language Pathologists provide person-centered care, build rapport and trust with clients, and support progress in their home settings. You will join a diverse, collaborative, and supportive care team to apply your skills and heart to a roster of clients in your community. You’ll use a client-centered approach to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, making a difference in clients’ lives and in your own.

Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments
- Formulating goals and recommendations
- Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
- May include participation in our Aphasia program
