An exciting leadership opportunity exists within Central Corridor for a Speech Language Pathologist III – Clinical Lead, based out of Red Deer Regional Hospital. This role provides clinical and operational leadership for Speech Language Pathology services across the hospital and rural Central Zone, supporting high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations: Support the Allied Health Area Manager with day-to-day operations. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to frontline staff. Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment. Assist with service planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
Clinical Practice
Maintain a clinical caseload managing adult patients with swallowing and communication disorders. Provide services across acute care, long‑term care, and outpatient settings. Deliver care in 2–4 rural communities within Central Zone. A...
