- Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnosis, and medical condition.
- Provide therapy and interventions to patients of all ages (pediatric, adult, and geriatric).
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques, communication strategies, and swallowing safety.
- Document assessments, treatment progress, and patient outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Support patients recovering from neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease) and other medical conditions affecting communication and swallowing.
- Conduct therapy for pediatric patients with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other communication disorders (if applicable).
