We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide services to our geriatric patients. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in older adults. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 41-48 per hour and a 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities in geriatric patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
