Job Summary:
At Rady Children’s Health – San Diego outpatient Speech-Language Pathology Department, the primary focus of our Speech-Language Pathologists is medically complex children of all ages and early intervention for children zero to three, often with autism. Speech-Language Pathologists evaluate children with speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and auditory impairments and provide specialized therapy to develop functional skills.
Speech-Language Pathologists craft family-centered, innovative treatment plans through onsite and virtual visits to improve the patient’s functional potential. In fact, innovation is such a meaningful part of who we are that our team regularly presents outcomes studies at national conferences.
We provide multiple opportunities for growth and advancement, including in-house continuing education (up to 10 CEUs per year!), and opportunities to train in different specialties. We are proud to have a team mix of tenured...
