Our client, a school dedicated to supporting children with disabilities, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for their Bronx, NY location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests and observations to identify and assess speech and language difficulties.
Intervention Planning: Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with specific goals, therapy strategies, and measurable outcomes tailored to each student.
Therapy Delivery: Provide individual or group therapy using techniques like articulation drills, language stimulation, and play-based interventions.
