Due to expansion of our early intervention service, we have several opportunities for you to be a part of our dynamic team at CCS Disability Action Auckland, where you can contribute to an organisation dedicated to creating positive change.
About the role
- Community based – supporting children who have high communication and eating/drinking support needs and their whānau/families
- Working alongside kaiako to support inclusion
- Support successful transitions to school
- Support whānau/families to get early information, resources and support so that disabled children get the best start in life.
- Working as part of a transdisciplinary team with other specialists from agencies such as Child Development services, BLENNZ, Ko Taku Reo and Ministry of Education
