Provides diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Adheres to state and federal regulatory license, certification and accrediting requirement guidelines. Serves as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.

Day Shift//AUTO OFFER 40 hours per week/Backfill for EPIC must have experience in EPIC and Cerner.This position is for an EPIC conversion project. Candidates must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. No RTO is allowed.
